Manchester wedding photographer, eleven years in
I'm Craig. Jessica and I are Travis Photo, a husband and wife team of Manchester wedding photographers based in Worsley. The studio is in Walkden. I built the infinity wall myself, years ago, when this was still more stubbornness than a plan. God loves a trier.
Weddings are the work we show up for most. Portraits and commercial jobs live here too, same studio, same cameras. If you're getting married in Greater Manchester or anywhere in the North West, this is the page.
Us
We photograph as a husband and wife team because that's who we are. One of us can be in with the speeches while the other is down the corridor with a flower girl who has had enough. Two sets of twins, five children in total, a house that is rarely quiet. Family-centred isn't a setting we put on. It's just how a day actually is.
Kids under the table. Grandparents who need a chair and a minute. Same-sex weddings, big noisy ones, small ones, the ones where half the guests are in wellies. If it's a family, it's a family.
We've been featured in County Wedding Magazine and Your North West Wedding. Nice to have. It doesn't change a Saturday. We still show up early. We still stay until the dancefloor is actually a dancefloor.
Rain
This is the North West. It rains. If you're praying for a cloudless June I wish you well, I really do. Some of the photographs I actually like were made in weather that should have ruined the day. Night, wet pavement, two people in wedding clothes who decided the weather could wait. A bit cinematic. A bit reckless.
If it pours we don't hide in a doorway for three hours muttering about the forecast. We find the light, we use the reflections, we get you something that looks like a still from a film, then we get you back inside before the mascara gives up.
Places we've photographed
A lot of our Manchester wedding photography sits close to home. Worsley Court House, Walkden Gardens, the canal. Then further out: Great John Street Hotel in town, Last Drop Village in Bolton, Samlesbury Hall in Preston, Bolton School, Eaves Hall in the Ribble Valley, Chester, the Lake District, Engine Shed in Wetherby. Different rooms, same brief. Make a piece of art out of a family's joy, and don't get in the way of the day while you do it.
Get in touch
The standard wedding fee is £1500, negotiable depending on distance and what you actually need. There's more on the investment page if you want the detail. If the date's free and you want us there, use the contact page. Tell us the date, the place, and anything that matters to your family. We'll take it from there.
